Using this site.
The information on this site is general. It is not medical, legal or building advice. Rodent biology and local conditions vary, and only an inspection can confirm what is happening at your property.
Booking and pricing.
Visits are booked by phone. Prices are given after an inspection, when the scope is known. Any price quoted is for the scope described at the time.
Results depend on the property, the animal and whether openings are sealed. We describe what we expect honestly and do not promise outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.
Safety and health.
Follow the safety guidance on this site and in the linked CDC pages when handling droppings or nests. Seek medical advice for any health concern, because we cannot judge individual health risk.
Coverage and changes.
Coverage depends on ZIP codes and may change. We may update the site or these terms, and the current version is the one posted here.
